Even the video looks like it was shot in the 90s, including cliche' 90s stock music and panning windows movie maker XP images.
I would argue that those giant, meaty tires are its best feature though. Put those on a CJ-5 Jeep and I would probably love it. Rims? not so much.

I thought the most beautiful thing about it was that it moves under its own power, so that it can move itself out of your field of vision.
